For speedy resolution on those uncommon replacement parts, take a photograph and email it to our Technical department.  Klafs equipment involves thousands of parts and sometimes our descriptions and yours don’t always correspond.  An image gives the whole picture!

Check to see if you have the technical manuals and parts lists that correspond to your equipment.   We have lots of information which will be invaluable in solving day to day maintenance and parts queries.  What’s more, its completely free.  Call or email office@sauna-spa. co. uk to get your site information pack up to date.

Do you know that much like any mechanical equipment, Klafs equipment needs regular servicing?  Annually, an average commercial site requires 4 services a year with 2 being the recommended minimum.   If your complete your own maintenance we can provide a list of recommendations on replacement parts for each service and even organise a delivery of those parts pre service.

 Take the head ache out of costly breakdowns and set up a regular service schedule.  Call or email to talk through your requirements.

Find yourself checking the essence bottle and finding that you are not actually sure when it ran out?  It is a common problem and unless you have a regular supply and check the levels weekly your clients are not getting the full benefit.  A 5 litre bottle of steam essence run on an 18 hour cycle will last a month or so dependant on flow.  Assess your requirements and set up a regular delivery dependent on use.  We will deliver to a specified schedule and invoice as usual on a fully automatic basis.  Call or email to discuss.
