Scope of Works
Stage 1: Planning
Effective planning at the beginning of a project we know takes time. Getting it right at this stage, knowing exactly what is and isn't possible is key. We have a wealth of resources to help you including brochures, the MY IDEAS interactive planning tool and a professional team at the end of the telephone to talk you through the details.
Our showroom is the only one in the UK and offers a private, laid back space in which to discover Klafs products personally.
We are also in a unique position in having access to The House Of Sauna and Spa, a purpose built private spa located at Head Office in Germany. Only an hour away from Stuttgart this is a place to work on those larger scale projects whilst enjoying the benefits of bathing for yourself.

Stage 2: Design
The design element of your project can be as simple as a sauna layout drawing of your planned residential project or a design specification for a complete commercial spa. Whatever form it takes, we have the technical expertise to make it happen.
Design drawings are part of the service and for those more complex plans, a design contract offers added reassurance.
Stage 3: Build
Once you are happy to sign off those drawings, the team at head office will get to work realising the technical aspects of the project. All cabins are designed and built in house by a team of skilled craftsmen and women. Every element is built to order so you know that what you need is exactly what you will receive.
Stage 4: Install
Installation is completed by Klafs trained and authorised technical personnel whose passion for wellness runs as deeply as ours. Care, attention, skill and expertise combine to fulfil the project specification through to completion.
Full on site training is provided on commissioning and supporting technical manuals are left on site. Any problems, its as easy as picking up the telephone and our team will always be happy to help.
Stage 5: Maintain
Knowing that you have full after sales support is one less thing to worry about. Klafs Technical have a trained and experienced team of staff who can offer advice and technical support. A range of repair and maintenance services are available meaning that we really will offer a product lifetime service you can rely on.
