Parts can be an issue particularly when you need them fast. We hold the majority of key parts here in the UK, everything is available directly from head office in Germany. When you need parts in a hurry we offer next day delivery and for everything else 3-5 days is usual. For parts in a hurry our ICE Kits provide unit specific boxes filled with parts you may need to maintain or repair your equipment.

You Technical manuals associated with your equipment and will soon be able to view order details, servicing schedules and update your account information . You can also order spare parts via the Spa shop when its more convenient and you know what you need. Making your job just that little bit easier.
