 A sauna only has one setting on and off.  A sanarium has a number off different settings to provide different climates.
 Should spend between 12-20 mins per session. This can be repeated up to three times. Can endure longer periods of time due to the less intense heat. 
A sauna is Dry Heat. A Sanarium is more Humid.
 Has a wooden interior and includes a sauna heater. Has a wooden interior and includes a sauna heater with sanarium function.
